Written record of search criteria. Creation of the job order. This is used for a personalized search for suitable employees.

Explain and define all contract contents.

Once we have received the initial proposals from our partner agencies, we will present our candidates in words and pictures.

Now it's your turn as a customer. You will see "your" candidates, whom we have selected for you, for the first time. You can review all documents such as job references, resumes, references, etc. An appointment for a video interview will then be arranged. You can ask questions and get to know your new employee. At the end, you can decide on your new employee or employees.

Now the waiting period begins. The German course is booked and documents are prepared. Depending on the language level chosen (A1, B1, A2, B2), the course lasts between 4 and 6 months.

The day of arrival has arrived. We are also looking forward to this day. We pick up our "protégés" personally from Vienna Airport and bring them to your home. For western or southern provinces, a domestic flight is booked and the skilled workers are picked up at the destination airport by the employer.

Once ESSMEISTER-HRP has completed all the necessary preparations and met you at Vienna Airport, you will be taken to the relevant state government office to register as a skilled worker within a very short time (usually within a week).

The final step comes shortly thereafter (usually after one week) with another trip to the state government to pick up the work permit (ROT-WEISS-ROT card). Your new employee can start work immediately.

The skilled workers have also been looking forward to this day for months—working in Austria! For many, it is a long-cherished dream that promises freedom and success. Please help them fulfill this dream. You will not only be helping your new employee, but also their family.
